No More Food in Dacia

In the land of Dacia there is a drought that causes the crops not to grow. The people are enraged because they are hungry and can not feed themselves or their families. Some of the hungry people have begun to fight the Roman Army. Fights have started in the stadium and on the streets. Ten have been killed. The people are crying on the streets and coming into Floras temple. They are saying HELP us we do not have any food. They need food quick before more fights happen.
